Borrowing Materials
Number of Items for Check Out
New Patrons
(Applicable during 1st 6 months after receiving Library card) 
  • Adults (16 and Over): 5 items initially; 10 items after 2 months 
  • Children (15 and Under): 2 items initially; 5 items after 2 months

Established Patrons 
  • Adults (16 and Over): 50 items total; 20 electronic resources maximum
  • Children (15 and Under): 10 items total, including electronic resources

Schedule of Checkout Duration
  • All materials, except newly released DVDs, may be checked out for 2 weeks.
  • All materials, except newly released DVDs, may be renewed once for a two-week period unless that specific item is on hold.
  • Newly released DVDs are available for a three-day checkout with no option for renewal.
