You can register at City Hall, 800 1st Terrace Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. According to the Kansas Secretary of State's Office, you must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of the State of Kansas; reach the age of 18 prior to the next election; receive final discharge from imprisonment, parole, or conditional release if convicted of a felony; and you must have abandoned your former residence and/or name.
